What are our expectations for each other as we move through this process?
Tracy:
  1. We should expect active participation from all members of the group
  2. We should expect all members to make PLP a priority
  3. We should expect non-judgmental support from all members
  4. We should expect to challenge each others ideas and comfort level


What are our assumptions about each other and this process?

Tracy:
  1. We should assume that we will only get out of this process what we put into it
  2. We should assume that this process will be more difficult for some members of our group than others
  3. We should assume that this process will be messy and non-linear
  4. We should assume that we are free to express our thoughts, fears, and ideas freely
